I have a trip SEA-YUL coming up next week. I transferred in Amex points and redeemed miles For the flight to reposition for an award. I think I bought a “latitude” reward in coach, and I’m not even sure what that means.

I’m in the process of moving, so will probably have two large checked bags. Will that be a problem and will I get charged extra? I thought I read with a “latitude” I get an extra checked bag for free, seat (scored an exit row) assignment, meal voucher, and lounge access. Is this incorrect? If I do bring two bags to check, how much extra is it gonna be? Sorry for all the questioning, but second time on AC.
