At the Hyatt House in Virginia Beach recently I requested a late checkout but was declined.
I tried calling the globalist line for help, but was told that the request was subject to availability, which I knew was incorrect as this property isn't a resort. I then was able to get a hold of a My Hyatt Concierge who was able to fix everything for me.
Moral of the story, forget the globalist line, just work with the concierge team.
