The hotel was fully sold out for one of the nights so they told us we could take the suite for 1 night and will need to move the next night. We chose to not take the suite to avoid the inconvenience. Our option then was to choose any room type in the hotel on any floor we wanted.
The rooms/fd manager personally apologized to us for the inconvenience caused by lack of suite upgrade on this visit (on our previous visit, we were upgraded to signature suite without even asking)
Our 10 year daughter traveled with us and they didn't even charge for extra bed.
The elite treatment was more than top class. The lounge is extremely well stocked and the evening happy hours include lot of good liquor including some cocktails and beers like Hoe Garden, Corona etc apart from lot of food options.
Complimentary breakfast is the biggest spread i have ever seen and I can't seem to remember anything missing. They even had soaked almonds for the health conscious.
