Franky based on your review this is an overreaction. Sounds like you had a lousy check in agent and didn’t get an upgrade, that isn’t “wow” level in my book. Did you stay this week? The World Bank/IMF meetings are going on and everything is sold out.

I stayed here three weeks ago for one night due to a mechAAnical delay (you can figure out which airline). The stay was dull and generally uninspired but certainly not “wow” disappointing.
