Had an excellent first stay at the voco Seoul Gangnam last month. Booked one night using IHG points - fantastic value IMHO at 16k points/night. Upgraded to a beautiful King Premium with hinoki bath tub at check-in without having to ask. While the room itself was a little tight (30sqm) for the largest non-suite room type here - the tub was amazing and nicer than some hinoki tubs I've enjoyed in upscale ryokans. Complimentary beverages/snacks in the room, including some beer and canned makgeolli. Diamond amenity also included a bottle of wine in the room and I selected a drink voucher for the lobby bar - which actually included a decent amount of drink options to select from (breakfast was another option, but I had an early flight from Incheon). Excellent service overall and the hotel was practically empty. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a longer stay, assuming the location worked for my plans.
