Interesting - I've had two stays, including last summer, where I stayed at MP but was able to access the Seabird pools (the opposite of what you were trying). The keys don't work, but the front desk gave me a dedicated pool access key whenever I asked. I wonder if this is a change in policy..?
Interesting. I could see where they might be more restrictive about the MP pool than the Seabird pool because of size and location. We only tried once and it could be that I just got bad information or maybe it was just extra crowded? We tried on a Sunday. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to see it.
