Lost headphones onboard BA275 at LAS
Last Friday, I flew on BA275 to LAS. Once I got to the hotel, I realised I had stupidly left my headphones onboard the aircraft, in the little shoulder height cabinet of the seat.
I checked BA.com and the airport website and duly filed a lost item report and got a reference number with Lost and Found at Las Vegas Airport.
I’ve tried calling a couple of times since, to no avail. Today I went over to the airport to the Lost and Found office who said BA handle their own lost property and it wouldn’t have been handed in to LAS. Since it’s only 10am here there’s no chance of speaking to anyone from BA yet.
Looking for advice from the experts here on what the next best move is.
Calling BA seems likely to be unfruitful. Should I go back this evening? Or just wait until Saturday (when I head home) and ask then? And is there a BA customer service counter at LAS or just ask at the check-in desk?
appreciate any advice anyone can offer!
