In my experience lounges provided through your status or flying J do not have a three hour rule in *A. I've never been turned away for being more than 3 hours from a flight.

Using PP the only lounge I've used over 3 hours was The Club in PIT when I decide to work in the lounge rather than at home if I have meetings before my flight. The manager there is a nice fellow and flexible with the rules.
