There is nothing inherently wrong with using the call button to ask for a drink. We have been told this time and time again by BA cabin crew who post on here. Sure, if you want to stretch your legs and go to the galley that is perfectly reasonable, but please do not suggest people should feel guilty for using the call button to ask for a drink.
