BA check in :dual national UK/EU and e-visa to India

Hi guys
First post here! I have been trawling the forum for a couple of hours, so I apologize in advance if this question was asked before
I'm a dual national (UK&EU) and resident in UKI usually use only my UK passport for international travel (apart for when I enter the EU, in that case I take both passports with me. However you only need a valid passport to travel to the EU, so any carrier will only check if you have a passport being a UK or EU one)
I will be travelling to India and got an Indian e-visa on my EU passport, as it was much more convenient to do this than applying for an interview as a British citizen.Do I need to amend my details on my BA profile and submit my Belgian passport details? I assume BA staff at check in will ask me if I have a visa, but this is on my Belgian passport which of course I can show them.

I don't want to have problems when checking on on my flight back to LHR

For border control in and out the UK I will show my UK passport as I always do.

TIA
