Does anyone know what the subject line means? Am I supposed to reply to the automated notification? Am I supposed to click on an invisible 'confirm' button?

I seem to recall seeing something similar a while ago, possibly from Thai, and if I recall correctly, there is indeed something to click on. I assume it's to confirm that the email you sent is legitimate, rather than some bulk spam. I assume that when you click on the link, the email you sent will be forwarded to a human, but until then, no-one will see it.
