if you won't have a car, I'd go with Wit. Wit is near all the train lines and London house is a decent walk to the trains
Wit also has a lot more restaurants and theaters near it
For a big price difference I'd go with Wit. The London House has more of a luxury feel to it and is in a little quieter area and the Wit is a botique, more modern hotel in a more congested, but more convenient area
