A little disappointed with cabin crew Oct 13 22 BA166

Apart from parts of my premium economy seat falling apart and requesting duct tape to stabilize my Row 12A seat screen that would not stay adjusted because it was ? not stable (no duct tape available) here are my observations today:
  1. economy passengers routinely passing through WT+ to use business washrooms and take snacks from CW kitchen on numerous (many) occasions
  2. drapes between CW and WT+ not drawn at all during flight
  3. no drink service beginning flight for WT+
  4. food service started as soon as seat belt lights went off about 15 minutes into flight
  5. following food service, no drink service until 45 minutes before landing
  6. equipment issues as noted
  7. crew seemed attentive but not completely in control of their cabin..following collection of meal trays, never saw cabin crew until drinks offered just before end of flight
  8. lack of order to the flight from cabin crew perspective in my opinion

  1. padded seat rest...needs duct tape
