fully agree, hence I booked the room I wanted and not the Miami Suite.
I tried using a TSU for an ocean view or ocean front room in a lower category than the Miami Suite, but my MHC was not successful this time, the Confidante did not understand what I was trying to achieve and MHC did not understand the hotel‘s position either MHC has been successful in applying TSU for non-Suites at other hotels.
we will see if I get an upgrade or not. Hotel seems tobe busy, although we are staying during the week.
