I think it may have an issue in that AA will check with FJ and it will confirm that AS was the airline where credit was requested - that AS gave zero credit is an AS issue
Indeed, so the question is, is it possible to 'back out' the AS credit for that flight and have it go to AA instead. Maybe my problem is that I'm asking AA to do this, when in fact I need to contact FJ and have them make the change. Will try that and see if it works.
