Absolutely. This stay was my 20th stay in this hotel.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked Classic Room (former InterContinental Room), received 1 King Bed Classic Club Private Onsen (former King Club InterContinental Room).

How are the rooms?
Terrace with open air private Onsen bathtub, one more spacious bathroom with sunken tub, famous TOTO's Washlet toilet, 55 inch SONY OELD TV with BOSE sound system Nespresso, and HARNN Toiletries by dispenser.

How is the exec. lounge?
Still good selections of beverages included Louis Roederer Champagne. Food qualities are still excellent as well and offerings improved very much. Currently Club Lounge does not operate during breakfast hour. (Operation hour is 11:00-20:00) You can choose breakfast by elements restaurant or in-room.

How was the mini-bar?
Expensive, but excellent selections.

What was your welcome gift?
Stuffed Flying Squirrel, aroma spray, onsen face pack, shortbread and chocolate.
