I still think that the OP has had a right run around by BA.
I certainly have Pucci - to the point that BA have responded to my complaint today with “Sorry you felt the need to tell us about your lost iPad. You should email our handling agents who can check if they have it” proving the complaint elf who read my complaint did not comprehend what I was saying and probably reacted to the header/title alone. I’m certainly giving them two weeks notice and then going down the letter before action/contacting police route. The inaction, apathy and failure to follow a simple well defined process is staggering but sadly unsurprising.
The definition of theft in the UK is intention to permanently deprive. I wonder what the German definition is? It’s bloody infuriating.
