It takes the better part of a week for the meter to move and a week to ten days for the credit to post. I don't think you'll have a problem getting the Grubhub credit since they explicitly state food delivery services are covered. I wasn't sure about Hulu + TV since it shows up as Cable/Satellite Services, but it turns out that MCC is covered. They must just hard code for certain vendors like Hulu because other charges of mine have failed under supposedly qualifying MCCs.
