Even pre-pandemic I had issues with LX refunding Flex Fares. Usually, they ask what was the reason you are asking for a refund (e.g. meeting changed) and then they invent that this was not a valid reason for refund (e.g. because you can influence meeting scheduling). Of course, as per fare rules, there is no such exclusion, but really need to fight hard.
