LHR to Kraków (KRK) (band 3)
Breakfast LSML (Low Salt Meal)
The starters were the same fruit side dish and coconut muesli with dried goji berries as served from the regular menu.
The main was an egg white omelette with mixed pepper.
The bread roll was already on the tray when it arrived, so I assume it is also ‘low salt.’
The LFML (low-fat meal) that my girlfriend received was the same as the LSML apart from the coconut muesli being replaced with some odd-looking purple stuff that tasted very bland.
Side note: Menus were handed out after takeoff. The smoked salmon option from the regular menu ran out by row two in a seven-row CE cabin.
