Increasing the number of levels would be bonkers. Either enhancing the top level, or doing away with it, would make more sense.

I can see them tidying up the silliness, making it a simple two-year qualification, or (gulp!) a single-year one. I could also understand them reforming the E+ upgrade voucher, which might mean simplifying the programme by reducing status levels.

The upgrade vouchers must create headaches with tension between revenue department, the marketing team and the agents who have to administer the haphazard scheme.
