There are a number of airlines that prohibit the use of Bluetooth devices during takeoff and landing. BA is just one such example.
Many airlines don't allow the use of headphones that aren't connected to the IFE except during cruise. Qantas is one such example of that.
Of course actual compliance by pax, and enforcement by crew, can render some ‘requirements’ useless in practice.
