Flew AA JFK-MIA-MVD and back and the flights credited the day I completed them ever since they joined OW alliance. A friend of mine who flies a lot for work said sometimes flights will credit just before boarding starts too. As always, keep your boarding passes to ensure you have proof if something does go wrong.
