I had a good time @ Moxy...didn't hear much street noise but I guess it was due to the position of my room (not facing the streets). Very new (I believe just opened May 2022).

Great service from the employees there, and I love that stores/restaurants/cafes were within walking distance.

I didn't have high expectations to begin with though, given its a Moxy and not a full service Marriott.
