If I select the £14/£216 combination what it actually gives me (if you look at the fare rules) is C outbound and H inbound. So I have selected £14 outbound and been charged £145 and selected £216 inbound and been charged £85.

I only know I was charged 145/85 rather than 14/216 because I am an FT geek and surmised this from the fare rules on the total page. A normal person will think they were charged for 14/216 and see the total as 230.
The most annoying thing here is that I really need the outbound sector to be in H and the return in C - but I guess I would have to phone for that combination.
