Do we think ANZ will follow suit being SA members? With all the issues with lost luggage at present, it's not a bad item to be using.
I don't think any/many more airlines doing something similar. What I envision it will force ICAO to say yes LH has it correct & everyone needs to follow this or will tweak the rules to make it clearer that trackers are ok.
If they are banned some hardware manufacturers are going to make a bunch of coin with scanning units that will stop bags from being checked in with them.
