What is Management thinking and not listening to their flight crews?? There needs to be some kind of comment card handed out to ALL passengers near the end of each flight.

I know the bottom line is cost, but if BA keeps this up, they may lose more passengers.

Is the smoked salmon really that good? I ordered, think it was called a Hebrew meal a years back in Club World, and the salmon was horrible - it tasted sour and smelled horrible. After one bite that was it....was disgusting.
