No guaranteed 4 PM checkout at Hilton. I'm sticking with Marriott.

Also, these promotions are to drive more business. So perhaps Marriott is satisfied with how things are going.

Ultimately, as consumers, we have to vote with our wallet. Go with the company that serves you best, or go free agent.
