Okay, as a 20+ year veteran of FT I am embarrassed to ask such a basic question here, but as someone who has never been EXP, SWUs are a bit new to me. I was waitlisted J to F for a flight next week, and notice that I can now pick a seat in First and the ticket receipt now lists A as the booking code. But I never received an e-mail notification and the upgrade request status is still listed as "pending". (Same goes for my SO on the same flight who is using his own SWU.) Do I need to do anything further at this point?
