Then Zone 2 was called. However, at the same time Zone 2 was called, the agent also called for families to board. This created absolute chaos at the gate. Families with strollers cutting in front of everyone and people kicking the strollers by accident; it was complete madness. Not to mention a potential lawsuit if someone were to trip over the strollers due to this ineffective and downright absurd boarding policy.

In addition, there was no mention of a minimum age, or kids had to be in strollers, etc. The gate agent simply said "families with kids". I guess I qualify as a 30 year old kid, since I have parents, as well.
