I might need check that playlist out, it is logical, last week i was at a training course where i was falling asleep listining to the trainer.

Some very good suggestions, I am indeed going East, I think I am going to try the day before sleep late and wake up early so I am slightly tired. My plan at the moment is to take the HEX in but I might change it to drive if I can find a good deal on a hire car. I do have lounge access so I do plan on eating in the lounge and probably skipping the flight meal and using my airpods. I do really need to sleep as on landing I have a few meetings and I am supposed to stay up late night. Thank you all so far, really appreciate the suggestions
