As a non-Board room member, I feel we have very few economical options at PDX. Our Amex Priority Pass is no longer taken at the AS Lounges, nor at Capers, and there is no "The Club" at PDX as there are in other popular AS places we frequent, such as PHX, LAS and SEA (although the SEA "Club" is a seemingly mile long trek). There are all the places further down C, and it's interesting to note that there are signs that state "we are the same prices as off-airport locations of these restaurants". But they aren't free, like the lounges and, like Capers used to be for us (I believe they still take the Chase PP),

I like free.

I also think the construction has hurt Capers - if you hang a sharp right out of security you might not notice it at all, and now especially with no B gates they don't get the walk-by traffic they used to.
