Are you sure it is actually a VS coded flight? VS uses G class for Upper Class awards and W/K/S/H for PE revenue classes. It doesn't make any sense for VS to be showing G booking class on PE cabin as long as they are VS coded flights. G should only be shown for DL coded flights in VS PE cabin (for example, when booking on delta.com) since DL uses P/A/G for PE revenue fares.
