That’s laughable. Your argument is that even though it’s marketed and designated as a Standard Suite it’s not the correct type of Standard Suite?

Also, WoH calls the hotel, provides them with a code they get the code applied to charge WoH for the upgrade and block out the suite. It’s not WoH doing the upgrade on their end.
