Boarding at YYZ the other day. Separate zones at least 1 and 2. We were second and third in the Z 1 line when they called for zone 1. First guy went. As I was ready to go to the other open position, a lady walking with a cane, who had been outside the lane but very near the front, next to the counter, started to move and would have cut in front of me would I not have been quicker.

I believe they let her go though. Not sure if she was actually supposed to be in zone 1 (she did not seem to be in J or at least I did not notice her), or possibly had requested assistance and was in the Z 1.5 or so? Or she just believe that because of the cane and her age she would get away with it?
