Mission Pacific used to offer Dreamscape Suite & Bohemian Suite under full points, cash & points, and cash + 6K/ppn upgrade rate plans while allowing only the former for TSU. The WoH rules do not state that all suites marketed under Standard Suite Full Points rate plan are the same suites available as Standard Suite for TSUs. I don't think you will have much escalation success if the WoH computer system is not allowing TSU use on a higher level suite.
