I recently flew HEL-LHR and my upgrade didn't clear. J and PE was full and according to the FA several Plat and Lumo were on board. But J was mainly filled with Crew, as AY is operating flights for BA from LHR. The FA said that part of their new contracts is to fly J to the outstations.
Regarding the PE space, the FA said it is a black box for them and not bookable as we know on SH on the widebody planes. The information was that this is supposed to change beginning of next year, when all widebody planes should be equipped with it.
