And a related question...
I have a flt. going LIH-HNL-STL
LIH-HNL is on HA and the rest is on AA. I'm booking this using AA miles. Any idea how I get my 2 free bags from LIH-HNL since this is a "free" flt.?
Use HA cc to pay the fees?
