I think your wife will get the MQMs but I honestly can't remember (and obviously no RDMs since there are no MQDs). Whenever I use these I'm always the primary traveler and my wife is the companion so not 100% sure what gets posted to her account
Unless there was a change in the last year or two, the secondary traveler (the companion) does not get MQMs when traveling on a companion certificate.
