Yes you can set up a bigger, better, gate area.

But I place 90% of the blame on AC.

And you can do it well with a bad airport design.

The agents just have to be okay getting screamed at by families of six invasive economy. [edit note: "invasive" should be "in basic" but this is funny]

And I'm not saying that's a good outcome.
