I looked at some of them, and for my unique situation, some of them don't sound bad. My problem with freezer cooking was that it took ages to prep everything to freeze, so I felt like I didn't save time. Although, I would occasionally make multiple meals when making one, i.e., make 3 pots of beef barley soup, throwing one in a pot to cook then and throwing the other two into Ziploc bags to freeze. Also, I loved Dream Dinners, but part of that was the convenience of not doing any prep work.
