All outlets allowed kids - and you could say welcomed them. Even the most expensive Japanese restaurant was very open to supporting children and the wait staff were very friendly to them

Afraid I don't know about the two plans, would suggest you ask and let us know, they were very responsive to emails - I have a suspicion that the plans are fixed as it is more you are paying for the food and getting drink (alcoholic or otherwise) thrown in for "free". One of my adult guests doesn't drink, but was so happy with the custom made mocktails that were off-menu but well curated and served at - most of the staff didn't appear to be drinkers based on their delight in preparing her non-alcoholic drinks.
