I book a return flight from ORD to LIS on TAP website.
Decided to cancel online within few hrs of booking.
It was Basic Economy tickets . Fare allow for full refund if canceled within 24 hrs for USA bookings..
Got assigned a case number ROR..
No updates on it its been 5 days .
Thinking to file for a Charge back to my Capital One Visa if not heard for another few days..
Not going to waste time after reading people waited like 2 years to get a refund or not get at all or they charge a cancelation fees.
Tickets were for May 2023.
Already booked another ticket with correct dates with TAP .
