I guess the latest time and effort saver is sheet pan dinners. You just put everything on a sheet pan and put the whole thing in the oven. It looks super easy. I mostly grill but if I used my oven I would try this. Recipes galore online. You would just need a handful of basic spices to get started....nothing exotic.

I've seen her do these on Sunday mornings when nothing else is on TV. The sheet pan dinners never look that interesting to me, but agree this saves some time and effort. However, it's hard for me to take her show seriously when half of what she makes is out of a can, and she spends 10 minutes making "freezer meals" because it saves time later...ummm, by the time you preheat your oven you could prep that meal fresh.
