This is sort of a “better to beg for forgiveness rather than ask for permission” type situation.
If you ask upfront and they say “no” then it’s much easier for them to push back later and say “we were very clear with the guest that parking would not be complimentary for a points stay”.
If you don’t ask, and if they still charge you, then you can still raise it to your concierge and get it adjusted.
If OP were trying to decide between multiple properties and comped parking was a differentiator then that would be a different story altogether.
