I love how so many people just act like, oh my concierge will definitely just wave a wand and solve any issues I have. I mean, yeah MAYBE you can get that (I would never rely on that 100%) but I would MUCH rather not just let stuff like unjustified charges happen and then expect to get them removed by a concierge later, certainly for the least of which reasons that many concierges are utterly worthless.
