Sorry I just joined and very new here, for the thread title "AA 77W / 777-300ER" Is it the same as "777-300ER (77W)" planes?

My plane is 777-300ER (77W) and with Korean Air, are all 777-300ER (77W) with all other airline exactly the same seating etc? Just different airlines/logo/decor right?
