Why does the sky club ask for my regular AMEX PLATINUM card each time I access a club? My wife and I each have a card (my account, she has an authorized user card, the card is the only way we qualify for access). We both went into the SAN club yesterday with paper boarding passes, she didn't need to present her card but I was asked for mine. I asked the agent why, she said something about linking my card in my app, but couldn't show me how. I have the card in my wallet in the app. Anything else?
