I’ll be arriving into T2 later today with a 3 hour layover until my next flight from T3, and debating which option to take:
- passport e-gates landside, walk through tunnel to T3, fast track security
- airside transfer bus, flight connections security (fast track lane open yet?)
Traveling with hand baggage only and boarding pass for onward flight in hand already. Thanks for any thoughts!
Yes did a T5-T3 connection in late September and connections security took roughly 40mins and I got to my connecting gate just as it was beginning to board. All in all the entire connection took just over an hour including waiting for the bus and getting boarding passes from the connection desks. Essentially there were not enough lanes open to screen the amount of people and some language barriers which didn’t help either. Allow at least an hour and half minimum!
