It's been a while I logged into my FB account, since I am doing everything to avoid flying KLM and I was quite successful at it.
My requalification period is until Nov 30 and I am not going to make it. However, I just saw a message on my account page saying:
"Flying Blue updates
We’ve extended the status of Flying Blue Elite members by 12 months. If this applies to you, your profile will be updated when your current qualification period has ended. For Flying Blue Explorer members, we’ve extended the validity of Miles."

I was very surprised to see the message, but following the link it turns out that the status extension was only for members with requalification periods between March 21 and June 22. So do I understand it correctly that my status won't be extended and they just write this message in my profile to annoy me?
